How Fiobed handles personal data
We keep only the minimum data needed to run lunch voting, display history, and calculate simple statistics.
Short version: the app stores names, votes, timestamps, and restaurant links so the lunch board can work reliably.
What the app stores
Fiobed stores user names, selected restaurants, vote timestamps, restaurant names, and optional restaurant URLs. The app does not need more than that to run the daily voting flow.
Every saved vote is used to show the current lunch board, the vote history, and the statistics pages. Hidden users or restaurants stay in historical records so old votes remain consistent.
Why the data is stored
The data is stored only to operate the app: who voted today, which restaurants are available, what happened on past days, and which long-term patterns appear in the results.
If you need your profile or historical data adjusted, contact the app operator. For this project, that means Dan.
The goal is simple: keep lunch voting practical, understandable, and lightweight without collecting unnecessary personal data.
